Frequently asked questions
Which countries do you deliver to?
France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. The Middle East and Asia are coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
We ship in group shipments, once a week per zone. Allow 4 to 6 days after departure from Douala for Europe and 5 to 8 days for North America. The next departure date is shown at the top of every page.
How do frozen products travel?
Washed ndolè, miondo or smoked fish travel vacuum-sealed in our refrigerated group shipment, then go to your door or a pickup point in the cities we serve.
What about customs?
Our dry goods travel easily. For fresh, frozen or animal-origin products we check the destination country’s rules before every shipment and tell you if an item can’t enter: you’re not charged for it.
How can I pay?
By card or PayPal, by transfer to Mobile Money (Taptap Send, WorldRemit, Western Union, MoneyGram) or by bank transfer for businesses.
Are your products organic?
We never say “organic” without certification. Our foods are natural, traditionally grown and free of additives. Every lot is checked in Douala.
Where exactly do the products come from?
Every label shows the region, the growing area, the harvest date and the lot number. Our producers are verified by a field agent.
What’s in a dish kit?
Every dry and frozen ingredient for the dish, for 6 people, with the recipe in English and French. Only everyday fresh items (meat, onions, tomatoes) are bought locally.
Can I return a product?
Food can’t be returned, but if something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund it.
I’m a producer. How do I sell with you?
Fill in the “Offer my harvest” form or message us on WhatsApp. A field agent visits, then you deliver to our Douala hub and get paid by Mobile Money after the quality check.
